Bhavesh Patel

Bhavesh is a Solicitor in our Clinical Negligence team with over 8 years of experience. He has vast knowledge working with clients on complex clinical negligence claims; involving bariatric surgery, birth injury, orthopaedic injury, cardiac injury, spinal cord injury, and cancer misdiagnosis. He is passionate about securing fair compensation for those individuals who have been let down by large organisations and medical health professionals.  

Bhavesh is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and is extremely passionate about supporting people who have suffered injuries or loss, as a result of negligent clinical treatment. He combines this passion with his skills and experience as a highly competent solicitor, to support his clients through the legal process and achieve compensation.  

Aside from being a skilled and driven solicitor, Bhavesh is also the founder of Storyteller; a social business that makes personalised accessories that help fund educational programmes worldwide. His efforts have seen him become a finalist at the Great British Entrepreneur Awards 2021 and 2022, and winner of the U.K. Social Entrepreneur award 2020 and 2021. He also received the  Prime Minister's Points of Light Award for his efforts in helping those less fortunate around the world access education.

ANON:  

Claimant was a Hollywood actor that suffered an injury during surgery which was not performed to a reasonable standard; cutting short his promising acting career. He was left unable to eat solid foods, leaving him severely malnourished and heavily reliant on PEG feeding for the rest of his life. The case eventually settled at a Joint Settlement Meeting and although the claimant was unable to continue his career, the compensation helped him to obtain the assistance and requirements to support and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
