Emily Underwood

Emily is a Solicitor within the clinical negligence team.

She has experience dealing with and assisting on a variety of complex clinical negligence claims, including delayed diagnosis of cancer, spinal injury and birth injury cases as well as Fatal Accident claims. Emily manages her own case load whilst continuing to assist other members of the team with theirs.

Emily joined Minton Morrill in 2020 as a Paralegal within the clinical negligence department, having previously worked at another top ranked law firm. She began her Training Contract with us in 2021 and qualified as a Solicitor in December 2022.

Emily graduated from University in 2018, achieving a First Class Honours in her Masters in Law degree.
