Trainee Solicitor

I am a Trainee Solicitor working within the Civil Liberties Department with a particular interest in Inquests.

I joined Minton Morrill in October 2014  as a Paralegal within the Civil Liberties team under the supervision of Gemma Vine.  I work within a highly experienced and dedicated team who provide an admirable, nationally-renowned service.

One of my key roles is supporting bereaved families at Inquests involving deaths in custody. I have attended on a number of inquests where I have been able to support families through a very difficult process in addition to a number of high profile inquests.

The department is closely associated with ‘INQUEST’, a charitable advice service to bereaved people and others on contentious deaths and their investigation.  The Inquest team is a member of ‘INQUEST Lawyers Group’ and I am personally a member of  the ‘Police Actions Lawyers Group’.
