Amy Dalby

I qualified as a solicitor in 2016 and joined the Court of Protection team in August 2021. I assist clients and their families with managing their financial affairs following successful clinical negligence claims. I also assist clients with managing personal injury trusts.

I also have experience with other private client matters such as Wills, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney and have experience in dealing with vulnerable and elderly clients and am a member of Solicitors for the Elderly.

Qualifications:

LLB Law (2:1) – Northumbria University
