I joined Minton Morrill in August 2019 after working for over 4 years at Pryers Solicitors specialising in clinical negligence and product liability (defective medical devices) following qualification as a solicitor in May 2015.
I have a great deal of experience with a range of medical negligence specialisms, including high value and complex cases, and acting for both adults and children. These have included birth injury cases, surgical negligence, GP negligence, delayed diagnoses and claims arising from avoidable deaths.
I also have experience of acting for clients at inquests, including children and those with mental health disabilities and was for example involved with investigations following the high profile suspicious deaths of a number of babies at the Countess of Chester hospital.
I help support families outside of work as well by acting as a Trustee for the charity Home-Start York, supporting families with children under school age.
‘Thank you for all the kindness you have shown to me. In this day and age this is getting more rare.’
‘I would recommend Sarah to any client without hesitation.’
‘Sarah has client care in abundance. She combines it with an attention to detail, thoroughness in preparation and dedication to her client’s case that is second to none.’
