Senior Paralegal/Litigation Executive

Amy joined Minton Morrill in November 2022 having previously built up over 6 years legal experience in various roles. She has worked on a wide variety of claims including delayed diagnosis of cancer, gynaecological and orthopaedic injuries. Amy has a keen interest in litigated matters, fatal claims and cancer diagnosis and currently manages her own cases ranging in value up to £500,000.

During her time in the industry, Amy has built up a wealth of experience, including her time as a Pupil Barrister. Here, she shadowed Barristers of all levels of seniority with a focus on personal injury and clinical negligence cases. Amy also drafted pleadings in multi-million-pound cases and provided advice on liability and quantum.

In other previous roles, Amy has assisted Senior Solicitors on Serious Injury cases worth over £500,000. These cases involved catastrophic brain injury, spinal cord injury and severe orthopaedic injury sometimes resulting in amputation. In addition, Amy has previously worked with clients who lacked physical and/or mental capacity as a result of because of clinical negligence or personal injuries. She has collaborated to build claims and secure evidence to ensure the strength of the claim.

LLB (2.1 - graduated in 2016)

Bar Professional Training Course BPTC LLM (Very Competent - completed in 2019)
