Andrea Vaughan

Andrea is a Senior Paralegal/Litigation Executive, who joined the Fletchers Group in 2018. In 2022, Andrea was seconded to Minton Morrill.

Andrea’s career in Law started in 1995 and during this 28-year period, she has worked solely with personal injury and clinical negligence cases.  Although Andrea has mostly dealt with claimant cases, she has experience dealing with defendant cases.

Andrea worked as a Senior Paralegal to several Partners within a prominent Liverpool based Trade Union firm. When joining Fletchers, Andrea was the Senior Paralegal dealing with litigated Clinical Negligence cases and working within small teams of lawyers.  She was the prominent colleague within the Clinical Negligence Department for advice and guidance on the Damages Claims Portal (DCP).

In 2022 Andrea became a Litigation Executive within a team dealing with high value clinical negligence cases, dealing with both pre issue and post issue cases.

Andrea has a keen interest in litigated cases and will regularly arrange and attend Barristers Conferences with multiple medical experts.  As well as this, she has a keen interest in gynaecological and amputations case, although she does deal with a varied range of cases.  

Andrea is currently completing her CILEX course to attain the qualification of Chartered Legal Executive Lawyer.
