Kathryn Stitt

Kathryn Stitt joined Minton Morrill in March 2023, having qualified as a solicitor that same month at a family-sized local firm in Leeds. She has her own case load as well as assisting senior members of the team with theirs.  

Kathryn graduated with a 2.1 LLB Law Degree from the University of Birmingham in the summer of 2016 and by 2017, she was a legal assistant and thereafter a paralegal working in clinical negligence. She in the meantime completed her LLM Legal Practice (Solicitors) Course part-time at the BPP University from 2017 until 2019.

Kathryn has dealt with various medical negligence claims against mainly the NHS, private clinicians and GPs. She always acts in her clients’ best interests and has settled many claims, despite the Defendants denying liability.

Kathryn is looking forward to gaining further clinical negligence experience at Minton Morrill.
