I have over 20 years’ experience in dealing with clinical negligence claims. I am an accredited member of the Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Panel, a member of the referral panel of AvMA and hold ‘Senior Litigator’ status with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.

I am also recommended in the Legal 500, a nationally-recognised publication in which rankings of leading Firms and lawyers is primarily based on feedback from clients and other professionals.

I have extensive experience of Clinical Negligence claims with a varied case load including high value, complex birth injury claims, achieving multi-million pound settlements for my clients, including those with dystonic and dyskinetic cerebral palsy as a result of events surrounding their births. Other settlements include substantial damages for a client who was left in a permanent vegetative state due to the hospital’s negligence and another who sustained brain damage following inadequate supervision whilst in hospital.
